Do you tip the guy who delivers the delayed/'lost' airline baggage to your house?

I mean on one hand this guy is the "messenger" and shouldn't be blamed for it, yet
on the other hand this wasn't a 'service' that we asked for, if the airline had done their job properly in the first place.

Perhaps they should have a location at the airport for people to come pick it up themselves. It sounds nice to have a guy come deliver it to your doorstep, yet when you think about it they procrastinated all day long before getting it here.

I got the automated message around 10:20AM saying they have located the bag and it is out for 'delivery'.
I waited about three hours and called the airline back and then the truth came out - that it could take from four to six hours for delivery.

I didn't wait around this time. And a good thing too. It was around 10:40PM that I received a call saying they would come within the next two hours.

Update: I got it at 1:00AM, good estimate from the guy with the (literally) stinkin' minivan.

I can see how this could play out both ways. You get the angry customer who is indignantly righteous in his returned luggage or you can get the insanely glad customer who is just elated that their luggage has been returned and want to reward this stranger.

my stupid ass sister texted me yesterday and said "i'm going to tie the knot at city hall! you free to come?"

I'm like "Oh boy!"

how do you just drop a bomb on someone like that out of the blue. of course I'll come!
good thing I had already taken Friday off for other reasons.

The sad thing is, people in Cali don't even get out of bed for this kind of stuff, but for us the novelty hasn't wore off yet.

It was great. We were in the lab at the office when it happened. At first I thought it was little Bob bobbing up and down in his chair next to me and I ignored it as I felt the floor of the building oscillate slightly. Then he casually said, "Another plane hit the building?" I was thinking there is no way because we would have heard some kind of explosion or crash.

We went to take a look out the window and everything was fine so we went back to looking at pics of his soon to be fiance that he found in Thailand. Oh boy, what has he gotten himself into this time!

Turns out the Zarkana wasn't as good as the other one I saw here at Randall's Island, the Kooza.
It seems almost as if the Zark was made as a training ground for new performers. The acrobatics and stunts they performed weren't as exciting as Kooza's. Perhaps it was because they had limited space on the stage at Radio City?
The backdrops and lighting were excellent. The music was only mediocre, nothing too memorable or outstanding.

One of the main act was some guy wearing loosey goosey frilly white coverings being very bendy on a white circle with a spotlight over him. He kept twisting around and around almost breakdancing but in a ballet-y kind of way. It was good but not like the Kooza one where this guy kept going higher and higher and balancing himself on a bunch of chairs and then doing a handstand on top with only one hand.
